Shipping: Why is there a shipping fee? What is it for?
The fee reflects current costs to reliably ship your G1 to your doorstep, this cost is the same for most regions around the world. For certain regions unable to receive shipment of our product, we may offer expedited shipping for a small additional fee after the campaign closes.

Shipping: Is it possible to have multiple flashlights shipped to separate addresses?
No, unfortunately all flashlights must be shipped to one single address. We will collect your shipping information at the end of the campaign, and apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

The G1 is powered by two 3200mAh 18650 3.7 volt rechargeable batteries. One battery (in the short version) will last for 7-8 hours. Extended battery will last 10-12 hours.

Is my G1 going to be delivered by October?
We are so excited that so many people are as pumped about the G1 as we are, so this level of interest is beyond our wildest hopes. We budgeted extra time in the process, and since we have already hit our goal we can get an earlier start with our manufacturers. We’re still aiming to begin shipping at the end of October 2018. At this scale, it’s possible they won’t all ship at once, so we will ship out the orders as they are received.

Are there refunds or exchanges for products bought on Kickstarter?
While all our products are guaranteed for one year, we do not offer refunds or returns on items received as Kickstarter rewards. The support we get from our Kickstarter backers is what enables us to run and grow our business, gather customer feedback, design new products and improve existing ones. In the Kickstarter community, the items that you receive after making a pledge are referred to as “rewards” because they are not purchases in the traditional sense. They are gifts - in our case, flashlight products - that are sent to our supporters as a token of our appreciation for the support of our business. In the same way that public television funds their service through the pledges of their supporters who in turn receive gifts and continued programming, we have chosen to run and grow our business on a crowdfunded business model as well. We appreciate your understanding of our policy and the support you have given us. If your reward truly offers no value to you, here are a few things that you could do in the spirit of crowdfunding… 1. Give your reward to a friend. Our products might not work for you, but there are many folks out there who might find them very valuable. We’d love for you to share our gear with a friend of yours. 2. Sell your reward to somebody. Many Kickstarter rewards were purchased below the retail value – if you want to recover your investment and possibly even more, throw your reward up on eBay. 3. Give your reward another chance. What is the difference between the G1 and the G1 PRO?
G1 PRO is complete with all the G1 features, but it also has a weapons mount with a pressure switch connection and a tactical pouch for accessibility.

How much time does it take to fully charge the G1?
By using the DanForce charger, it will take 5-7 hours to fully charge from a completely dead battery.

Should I use an extra extension tube?
We do not recommend connecting another extension tube. This will create excess voltage on the battery, and is not safe for the structure of the G1.

Yes, but for the best results the flashlight should use the 2 MsForce 3200mAh 18650 3.7v. batteries that are included.

How is the bike mount fixed to the bike? How does the flashlight fix to the mount? Any videos to show that clearly?
You can check out this video: https://bit.ly/2nIFUgb. The bike mount can easily rotate 360 degrees and will hold strong even when the G1 is in long mode with the extension tube.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
